After graduating from Trinity College Dublin with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy, ​Rachel began her career in a private hospital seeing a variety of conditions ranging from paediatric chest cases, stroke rehabilitation, post-operative cases, whiplash injuries and musculoskeletal pains.
Deciding to specialise, she spent 7 years in private musculoskeletal clinics located in the CBD and the heartlands working for the largest physiotherapy clinics in Singapore - helping patients from all walks of life. This also gave her the opportunity to work closely with other physiotherapists, orthopaedic surgeons, general practitioners, pilates experts, functional trainers and podiatrists.

She strongly believes in taking a holistic view of each patient to choose the perfect combination of evidence-based manual therapy and exercises. This empowers her patients to take a front seat alongside her in their rehabilitation journey to acheive their goals.
​
Conditions that she specialises in are neck, back and hip pains, work place injuries, knee, ankle, shoulder pains.
​
Her experience in sports like rhythmic gymnastics, ballet, and track and field provided her with a firsthand understanding of the technicalities of movement required to perform. It also gave her insight and better understanding of movements such as sitting, standing, walking and running.
Her experience with various sports and keen observational skills will ensure that you meet your desired goals.
